How can email signatures be used as a source of contact data?

In this video, we show how a DataAgents workflow uses contact details from the signatures of incoming emails to keep your CRM data up to date. As soon as an email with a signature comes in, AI automatically extracts the contact details. The workflow then matches them against your CRM. Existing contacts, accounts, and leads are updated, and new ones are created. Our example uses Salesforce. You decide which changes are applied automatically: phone numbers, for example, can be updated right away, while a change of job title or company is only applied after a person has approved it.
