Setup only requires configuration to your specific environment, carried out by snapAddy specialists. Your IT team simply needs to provide the field specifications for your CRM system.

Our integrations

All fields in DataAgents are fully customizable and are typically mapped to the fields in your CRM system, allowing seamless integration into your existing workflow. This customization is offered under the name CRM Mapping and can be booked as an add-on.

Yes. The DataAgents solution checks for duplicates in the CRM system and only creates new contacts if no existing contact or company is found. The duplicate detection is a proprietary development by snapAddy and can be further tailored to your specific requirements. When new values are detected, they can be used to enrich existing duplicates.

Depending on your settings, proposed changes can be processed fully automatically or semi-automatically. With the implemented workflows, you decide for which types of changes (for example, a new phone number) contact information is updated automatically and when it should be routed to an employee or team for review.
