CRM Experience 2024 – snapAddy Establishes Conference Series in the CRM Environment.
Würzburg - on June 25 and 26, 2024, snapAddy GmbH hosted the third CRM Experience at Gut Wöllried. The Würzburg event was sold out months in advance. 300 CRM managers, marketers and sales reps from a wide range of industries followed the invitation to a special conference.
As a software provider for digital contact recording and CRM maintenance, snapAddy created the format to provide a platform for exchanging ideas, expanding knowledge and discussing trends in CRM. Following the overwhelming response in previous years, the concept was expanded and proved its worth once again. This year's motto was not only "Welcome to the jungle", but also "Aloha". With 26 experts and 20 presentations and master classes, snapAddy impressed participants once again.
Day One of The Expedition.
CEO and co-founder of snapAddy GmbH Jochen Seelig opened the expedition with an amusing video from his own production about the CRM cosmos with stereotypes from sales, management and CRM: "What toilets and CRM systems have in common - a tragedy in 3 acts.“ The rest of the day was dominated by the topics of successful stationary trade fairs and hybrid implementations, customer journeys and high closing of sales deals. Finally, Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. F. J. Radermacher from the University of Ulm introduced the participants to the world of the energy transition and the complexity of finding solutions.
With their luggage full of expertise, the journey then took them to culinary and sociable destinations. On the evening of the first day of the expedition, the travelers were able to enjoy a gourmet barbecue and discuss their travel experiences while enjoying the best weather and exotic drinks. To ensure that the second day of the trip was also a success, skill and marksmanship were put to the test in various disciplines - including moai golf and cornhole.
Day Two of The Expedition.
The participants continued to sail around the CRM globe. In Crocodilia and Caymania, they combed through a jungle of sales and marketing challenges: Podcasts in the B2B environment, customer relationship management, people as the focus of digitalization, ROI at trade fairs, mindset and changing digital business models.
In Quallifornia and Haiwaii, practice-oriented masterclasses awaited the travelers with topics such as AI for customer-centric processes, potentials of CMR software, intelligent management dashboards, experience marketing automation, revolution of customer management with CRM & AI and sales intelligence.
Afterwards, the expedition had reached another goal - leading tour guides discussed the thesis: "Fear is the biggest obstacle to change: Do people get in their own way?" Under the moderation of CEO Jochen Seelig, Katharina Vollmar (Albert Handtmann Maschinenfabrik), Rebecca HofstätterGriss (EFAFLEX Tor- und Sicherheitssysteme) and Dr. Benedikt Brief (snapAddy) discussed various aspects of fear in connection with change management processes. There was a consensus that companies cannot remain competitive in the long term without change.
