Contact information is captured.
The captured contact is matched against your CRM to identify contacts that already exist.
Suggestions are created for new contacts and for improvements to existing ones, and you can review every proposed change in detail. Nothing is written to your CRM system at this stage.
Based on the suggestions, you can refine and customize your workflow.
Once you are satisfied with the result, changes can be transferred to your CRM automatically or after human review.
