With the new signature field in snapADDY VisitReport, you can digitally process your contracts or your consent to data processing at the trade fair or in the field service via our app. The approval to receive a newsletter on the way is also a frequently used use case for the signature field.
If, for example, a trade fair visitor shows interest in buying directly at your stand or you are already in contact and meet at the trade fair to conclude a business transaction, you can simply have a contract defined that can be digitally signed in the snapADDY VisitReport App.
In the Template Configurator you can create your questions as usual and select the question type "signature" for the corresponding question. At this point, you can enter the contract text or the approval for a newsletter in a text field that the visitor will see at the end of the app. All you have to do in the conversation is to click on the contract text and present it to the person you are talking to. With one click, the person must confirm that the contract text has been read and accepted, so that the actual field for the signature opens. The potential customer can now comfortably draw his signature on the tablet or mobile phone and thus sign the contract or the consent for data processing.
The signature is saved together with the displayed contract text and transferred to the CRM system as a PDF file. The signature - together with the contract text - is thus stored in the CRM system as an attachment to a transaction for documentation purposes. Currently, the export of complete PDFs directly into your CRM system is available for Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pipedrive and SAP C4C.
