Different fairs require different questionnaires!. With the Template Configurator for snapADDY VisitReport, you have the possibility to create and manage your own questionnaires for each fair. In the Configurator, you define the various questions of a visit report as an administrator. Your employees can now access and fill them out on-site at a fair or in the field service. In the Template Configurator, you can create your own questionnaires for each trade fair individually!

Multilingual

It is important to be able to register international guests in the field or at the trade fair as well. Therefore you have the possibility to set every question and selection option in different languages.  At the trade fair or in the field, the respective sales representative can switch between the chosen languages at any time. Different sheets of paper for different languages and the resulting organizational effort are a thing of the past!

Different types of questions

We are aware: Each company has its own individual focus & topics that they are interested in from a customer perspective. We have thought about it in detail and implemented many different types of questions in the Template Configurator. You can set your questions with different response options that match one of the following fields:

• Signature field

Dependent questions

Set up your questionnaire with all questions and categories you need, but display only those relevant for a specific customer. By using dependent questions, an individual questionnaire is dynamically created for each conversation, which is perfectly tailored to the needs of your conversation partner. With the use of dependent questions and categories you keep your questionnaire always simple and clean for your employees at the fair, even with a large number of questions.

Corporate branding

snapADDY VisitReport conveys the message of your corporate branding. You can use the Template Configurator to set your own logo & color scheme. The app adapts to the corporate design of your company. The prospect at the trade fair doesn’t recognize the snapADDY app but is being guided through the conversation with an app that expresses your own design language. As a result, your trade fair appearance is much more professional!
