Use snapADDY VisitReport's inventory data management to import the contact data of already scheduled appointments into your questionnaire in advance of a fair. You can then conveniently search for the name of the respective contact person and start capturing the conversation via the app without having to scan the business cards.
Call up inventory data
In addition to potential new customers, you usually meet a large number of existing customers at your trade fair - even without an appointment. You have already saved the data of these customers in your CRM system, which makes a further exchange of contact data or business cards unnecessary. With the inventory data management in snapADDY VisitReport, you can now call up your pre-imported contact data of existing customers just like in an address book and start filling out the questionnaire directly.
Various import possibilities
In addition to manually adding your inventory data to the respective template in the dashboard, you can also import your contacts using an Excel file.
For this purpose, the columns tables are assigned to the corresponding fields of the contacts during the import. However, this is no problem with our import assistant. Afterwards you can display a preview, check the data and import it.
QR code generator for personalized invitations
An individual QR code is automatically generated for each contact directly on import. You can print the codes on the invitation letter sent to your existing customers for your events or roadshows and scan them via the VisitReport app when the guests arrive. The tedious search on name lists and any scnas of business cards are no longer necessary. In snapADDY Dashboard you have the possibility to download these QR codes in different formats for selected or all contacts.
Inventory data management on your roadshow
Use the snapADDY VisitReport in connection with our inventory data management for your roadshow or event. Scan the generated QR codes on your customers' individual invitations at admission or use the list of imported inventory data as a guest list.
