# System Requirements & Product Retirement.

Technical Requirements Product Announcements

## Supported software versions.

We recommend using the latest device and software generations to benefit from the full quality of our solutions. The following versions are supported:

## DataAgents.

-   **Outlook Add-In**: Version 2016 and higher
    
-   **Google Chrome**: Latest stable version (auto-updates)
    
-   **Microsoft Edge**: Latest stable version
    

## VisitReport.

-   **iOS devices**: Version 18 and higher
    
-   **Android devices**: Version 15 and higher
    
-   **Windows**: Version 10 (20H2) and higher
    

## BusinessCards.

-   **iOS devices**: Version 18 and higher
    
-   **Android devices**: Version 15 and higher
    

## LeadResearch.

-   **Outlook Add-In**: Version 2016 and higher
    
-   **Google Chrome**: Latest stable version (auto-updates)
    
-   **Microsoft Edge**: Latest stable version
    

## Additional technical requirements.

In addition to using the latest software versions, a camera of at least 5 megapixels is required to use the business card scanner functionality in BusinessCards and VisitReport.

For optimal performance, we recommend a minimum of 8 megapixels.

Product Technical Requirements Camera

## Product retirement & end of support.

Internet Explorer Support.

Support for **Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and earlier** was discontinued for the snapAddy Dashboard as of January 1, 2021. Microsoft also ended support for IE 11 in Microsoft 365 applications in January 2021. Concurrently, snapAddy officially ended support for Internet Explorer.

You can continue to use the snapAddy Dashboard comfortably with the latest stable versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

snapAddy Assistant.

The snapAddy Assistant has been replaced by the LeadResearch Outlook add-in, which you can download [here](https://marketplace.microsoft.com/de-de/product/office/wa200003551?tab=overview).
