## Personal data.

VisitReport Persons Data

VisitReport enriches personal data from three different sources:

-   **Email validator & finder:** VisitReport derives the company’s email pattern from public web data and suggests an email address for the contact, including a confidence score.
-   **Business networks:** VisitReport uses profiles on various business networks as a data source for contact details, taking into account the respective privacy settings.
-   **Your CRM system:** If your CRM system already contains contact data from a company, the AI also uses this.

In every case, personal data is composed only from public sources and your own CRM data.

With VisitReport, you can fully digitize customer visits and sales conversations directly on site, without any follow-up work at your desk. Structured questions guide the user through the conversation and ensure that all relevant information is captured. 2\. Contact information scan.

Business cards, badges, business network profiles and more are automatically read via camera scan and converted into clean, structured contact data records. Manual typing of names, email addresses or phone numbers is completely eliminated. The captured data can be processed further directly in the conversation report or transferred to the CRM.

3\. Speech recognition.

Which types of contact information can be scanned?

VisitReport captures all common contact formats such as business cards, NFC cards, trade show badges and QR codes. Name, company, job title, email, phone number and address are automatically read and stored in a structured way.

Which languages and scripts does the scan support?

The scan supports a wide range of languages, scripts and character sets, so you can effortlessly capture international contacts at trade shows.

What happens if a scan is incomplete or illegible?

The OCR technology in VisitReport achieves very high recognition accuracy and reliably captures even unusual layouts or smaller font sizes. Before saving, you can manually review and correct all fields.

Where does the data for enrichment come from?

The enrichment is based on verified company databases and publicly available sources. VisitReport uses a total of 17 different sources for data enrichment, including commercial registers from various countries, official company registers, global business databases, website legal notices, business networks and your own CRM system.

How quickly is enriched contact data available?

Enrichment takes place in real time. Immediately after the scan, complete contact data is available.

Does the scan also work offline, for example with poor Wi-Fi at the trade show?

Yes, the scan function is also available without an internet connection. Captured data is stored locally and automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available again.

Is lead capture GDPR-compliant?

Yes, VisitReport is fully GDPR-compliant. Data storage and the business logic of our software solutions are implemented with AWS in Germany.
