**The solution:** Several times a day, emails land in your inbox with a complete, up-to-date Signature. DataAgents automatically detects the contact information, compares it with the CRM system, and fills in missing details. Business networks and company databases supply additional data.

**The challenge:** In field sales, one appointment follows the next. Information blurs together or is forgotten until it is manually transferred to the CRM system at the end of the week.

**The solution:** Visit reports are created digitally and trigger an event-based workflow. This workflow transfers the contained data in a structured way into the CRM system and enriches missing information (for example, company address). The result is a complete contact and report ready for follow-up.
