### Automatically capture data from Web forms in the CRM.

**The problem:** Leads from Web forms remain unused because the contact information is incomplete. What is meant to make filling out such forms easier makes follow-up contact harder.

**The solution:** With DataAgents, new contacts flow directly from the Web form into the CRM, including duplicate checking, data enrichment and validation. Even if only a few fields are queried, the system automatically adds missing information, for example via business networks or company databases. This turns every form submitter into a fully usable Dataset / Record.

### Export trade show reports to the CRM quickly and without Duplicates.

**The problem:** Captured contacts are created incorrectly or twice in the CRM. This results in inefficient, manual cleanup work.

**The solution:** Created reports from VisitReport are collectively Exported to the CRM system and automatically checked for Duplicates there. You define when a duplicate exists. Your individualized CRM entities are then filled accordingly.
